Irish International Open Hotel and Transport Information
The eagerly awaited and first ever Irish International Open will attract many players and visitors to the famous Royal Meath club near Dublin in September. The PPUI announced on August 1st that 162 players have applied to play the Open, 35 International representatives and 127 PPUI members. Internal Irish qualifying rounds will take place on August 22nd at R.G.S.C. and Larkspur Park.
On eight occasions, Royal Meath has hosted Irish championships. Two national handicap events have been decided there and Royal Meath hosted Ireland v. Australia in 1995.
