Mervyn Cooney - President (Ireland), John Hudson-Vice President (France) now resigned, Fernando Morgado - Vice President (Chile), Martin Whitelaw (Catalonia), Michael Murphy (Ireland), Carlo Farioli (Italy) now resigned. John Hoover (USA) and Joep Van Mourik (NPPB) were elected in July 2009.
