Course of the Month - Seedorf, Switzerland

Company Golf & Lodge in Seedorf lies next to Lake Lucerne, one of the major regions of tourism in Switzerland, a new address for those wanting to improve their play and the perfect location for a fun round of Pitch and Putt for all levels of player in a beautiful landscape. This testing but fun public 6 hole Pitch and Putt course is ideal for experienced players as well as beginners and can be played in under an hour.

The Company Golf & Lodge is affiliated to the Swiss Pitch and Putt Association. SPPA organizes tournaments on this course by installing 3 supplementary Tee boxes. The I° SPPA Kids Trophy was hosted in 2012 on this course and the next III° SPPA Kids Trophy (10 years and Under) will be organized here on 7th September 2014.

With special emphasis on short game as well as a 225m long Driving Range with 15 covered bays for all year round play and a large grass tee for summer golf this locality offers training capacities of all aspects of the game. The putting green of 560 sq. metres and the chipping/pitching green of 350 sq. metres with 3 green side bunkers give those wanting to sharpen their short game skills every opportunity before playing the enjoyable six hole Pitch and Putt course.

With holes from 50m to 85m the small well bunkered greens offer a strong test even for the most established players. The signature hole number 1 with the green surrounded by water will test the 1st tee nerves of even the low handicap player. With Out of Bounds coming in to play on all six holes a big score is possible even by Pitch and Putt standards. Fairways and rough areas feature on every hole and there are several bunkers and a couple of lakes scattered around the course.
