About

The Florida Pitch and Putt Association (FPPA) manages the Pitch and Putt sport in Florida. FPPA is one of the many national associations that make up the Federation of International Pitch and Putt Associations. Based in Europe and with the desire to bring more people to love golf, FIPPA controls pitch and putt around the world and is an independent governing body in Golf as a unique sport. FIPPA also stages a periodic local and world Cup Team Championship.

Run by a Board of up to 10 members, FPPA’s Executive Board Committee includes the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. One other member characterizes the State Association that has been formed within FPPA, will be entitled to nominate a Board member to represent it. As practised in the other states, Players of Pitch and Putt are embodied on the Board through the Club they belong. These “Recognized Entities” – are each eligible to recommend one person to be a Board member.

As of 2018, popular entities can be found in Bonita Springs, Bradenton, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Hillsboro Beach, Kissimmee, Land O’ Lakes, Madeira Beach, Miami, Naples, Orlando, Palm Beach, Sarasota, Sunrise, etc. respectively. Please visit your local Pitch and Putt destinations in the list of cities aforementioned. Upon registration of entities, the members are automatically accredited as FPPA players.

Entities themselves in the State Associations are entitled to pay a yearly recognition fee to FPPA each to grant all of the members an FPPA Accredited Player status and avail or enjoy all the services that are offered by the FPPA.
